no buddy! I did it.... Just get your G.E. courses out of the way and then transfer 2 a University. U can declare your major at a 2year college and then go on 2 the college that best fits you. If your Pre-med like I was then tell the counselor that you want to be and he or she will give u the courses you need 2 take and tell u the GPA u must have 2 transfer and how many unit course hrs u need 2 transfer 2 a university. I did it and Im in the army and got a wife and 2 year old. You'll be fine.

Allstock-that's great that you are top-ranked in your class. Congrats; however, it makes me a bit sad to hear that you spend so much time studying. As a medical student, I know how important it is to have a balance between academics and a social life. I definitely don't think it's necessary to study that much and succeed. I probably study 2-4 hours a day (much more of course in the days directly preceding an exam). So to you pre-meds out there-don't get discouraged-it's manageable!

lotsa different clues, none seem to be absolute pre-mortem hemorrhage (hematoma) has some degree of consistency and remember, a "hematoma" has a pushing "mass effect" otherwise it would not be called a hematoma, right? a post-mortem hemorrahe cannot "expand" to puss adjacent tissues wdc

Thank you for the videos.they are great study tool. I have a couple questions on this section In the linear progression of hemoglobin degredation you say bilirubin and then hemosiderin. is bilirubin degraded into hemosiderin at some point or are other elements degraded into hemosiderin? also, you said hemostasis is opposite thrmobosis, but then say it is involved in platelette aggregation and fibrin polymerization? how can it be opposite thrombosis and aid in clot formation? Oh he said he didnt get it, but there is only 4 possible ways to get edema. This goes back to basic physiology, and if you were to plot the respective lines of that picture together. There are two net forces here in play, hydrostatic and oncotic. We call them the NET hydrostatic and NET Oncotic pressures. For those who have questions on it, refer to the board series review physiology or to the Guyton Physio book. :)

Hello, I find your video's limitlessly superb and valuable... however, many of us, me for instance can get overwhelmed with too much faster than we have time to read and absorb, then get behind... then drop out. so my advice... release at the most 3 or 4 a week. 5 or 6 max... then maybe you will entrain a larger audience. Wow! Finally, the last of this chapter. I made it! Thank you so much for paving the way to get this far in my quest for knowledge. It was certainly an uphill battle if it were not for you. I have to squeeze in a little time before my 9 AM class today. :-) Tempted to tell my instructor to use your presentation as his model in delivery. He is good but a little bit too cluttered for my taste. You are so wonderfully organized which appeal to my type A in learning only (type D in anything else). :-)
