I love relaxing music. It’s also the only thing so far that can get rid of my weekly migraines. Nature sounds and especially water sounds (ocean, rain, waterfalls, thunderstorms). Does anyone know of any good CD’s to buy or song’s to download that help you relax? Thanks!

I would like some relaxing music kinda like Enya, not really classical but just relaxing. I’m wondering if anyone can suggest a group, album or song to listen to that fits this description. lol, the one that comes to mind is the one from Knocked Up when the girl is in the bath tub trying to relax, if you know that one it would be appreciated! So today, I just got home from my Rheumatologist and have been diagnosed with a few conditions and he suggested I try relaxation techniques at night time.
He suggested meditation, self hypnosis etc but I wasn’t too keen on that. He also suggest relaxing music. I was going to make a play list and put it on my ipod.
Any suggestions of relaxing music to listen to at night time?

Hey guys, thanks for looking at my question. Anyway, I want to make a playlist with really, really relaxing music on it. Stuff like Porcelina of the Vast Oceans by the Smashing Pumpkins or Oceans by Pearl Jam. The ocean/water isn’t really a theme for the playlist, but that’s the kind of sound I’m looking for. Could you please recommend me some songs?
